However, it is now claimed an old set of pictures, that were reportedly taken before the previous set of images, are set to emerge on the web.
.A source said: "She learned her lesson. She hasn't done anything like that since the first ones came out. These new ones are actually old."
Hudgens will soon be gracing the red carpet in LA for the premiere of her new movie Bandslam but it is claimed she will not speak about the photos.
The source added: "She's not going to answer any questions about them there either. She said what she had to say about taking nude photos."
